Return & Refund Policy

At HairxKachi, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality hair products and accessories. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange an item, and we have designed our return and refund policy to be fair and straightforward.

 

- Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product Condition: The item must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition. All packaging, labels, and tags must be intact and attached.
  • Timeframe: You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Exclusions: Custom orders, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Hair Bundles and Extensions: Products that have been removed from their original packaging, altered, or installed cannot be returned.
  • Wigs: Wigs that have been worn, styled, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
  • Hair Accessories: Items such as combs, brushes, and hair ties that have been used or removed from their packaging cannot be returned.

- How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email our customer service team at support@hairxkachi.com with your order number, a description of the item, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: If your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Return Shipping: Package the item securely. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

- Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be applied to your original method of payment.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

- Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@hairxkachi.com. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

- Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@hairxkachi.com. Provide a detailed description of the issue and include photos if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

- Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If the refund is still not reflected, contact us at support@hairxkachi.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

- Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received in error or was defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, or if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated, and the standard return process will apply.
